Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" means the abcd8 website accessible at abcd8.im, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, account management interfaces, betting markets, casino lobbies, and support channels.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the abcd8 Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the individual, personal account created by a Player following successful completion of the abcd8 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any non-withdrawable bonus credits unless bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spins, or reload incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of an abcd8 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all abcd8 account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by abcd8 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "RNG" means a certified Random Number Generator, the software mechanism that determines outcomes in casino games offered on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territories" means any country, region, or jurisdiction in which access to or participation in the abcd8 Platform is prohibited by applicable local laws.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the abcd8 Platform is strictly conditional on the Player meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the life of their Account:

• The Player must be aged 21 years or older. abcd8 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering an Account or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. Age verification documents will be required during the KYC process.
• The Player must be a natural person acting on their own behalf. Corporate accounts, trust accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• The Player must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by abcd8 or any responsible gaming programme.
• The Player must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to them.

abcd8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Player may be voided and withheld.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances voided, and pending withdrawals cancelled.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the mobile number associated with their primary payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). abcd8 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 KYC Verification

abcd8 applies KYC verification procedures to all registered accounts. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. abcd8 reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any point during the life of an Account.

3.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. Players must not share login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted from a Player's Account while logged in will be deemed to have been conducted by the Account holder. abcd8 will never request a Player's password via email, live chat, or telephone. Players who suspect unauthorised access to their Account must contact abcd8 support immediately at [email protected].

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abcd8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abcd8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the abcd8 Platform is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to a Player's Account and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any applicable processing delays on the part of the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's abcd8 Account instantly or within a maximum of five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in the Account Balance. abcd8 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on the Account Balance. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. abcd8 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own service charges.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amount and weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the Player's Account dashboard and may vary based on Account verification tier. Players with fully verified (Tier 3 KYC) accounts are eligible for the highest available withdrawal limits.

4.6 Payment Security

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on abcd8 are processed through 256-bit SSL encrypted payment channels. abcd8 does not store card numbers, mobile banking PINs, or any payment credentials on our servers. Players are advised never to share payment credentials with any party claiming to represent abcd8.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional credits offered by abcd8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated alongside each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion; any unmet wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games on the abcd8 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Live Roulette) typically contribute at a reduced rate. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

abcd8 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings in cases where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, using third-party bonus arbitrage systems, and exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal, good-faith player behaviour.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

abcd8 operates a seasonal promotional calendar aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL cricket season betting boosts, Eid deposit bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spin offers, Victory Day (December 16) reload promotions, and Independence Day (March 26) special offers. All seasonal promotions are subject to the same general and promotion-specific terms described in this section.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the abcd8 sports betting platform are subject to acceptance by abcd8. A bet is confirmed and binding only once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. abcd8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects market manipulation, technical errors in odds, or breach of these Terms.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). In the event of any dispute over a result, abcd8's decision — made in good faith with reference to official data — is final. Settlement of in-play (live) bets is based on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed, not subsequently revised scores.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: event cancellation prior to commencement, abandonment of an event before a result can be determined, palpable errors in odds that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect, or technical system errors that result in a bet being placed at materially incorrect odds.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

abcd8 applies maximum payout limits on single bets and accumulator bets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed on the abcd8 betting platform and may be subject to periodic review. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be capped at the applicable limit regardless of the staked amount.

Casino Game Rules

7.1 RNG Certification

All casino games offered on the abcd8 Platform — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied and certified by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including abcd8.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games — including Teen Patti Live, Andar Bahar Live, Lightning Roulette, Baccarat Squeeze, and Live Blackjack — are powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are broadcast from certified live studio facilities and are subject to the rules of each individual game as presented by the live dealer at the time of play. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of any in-progress game round will be determined by the studio system and the resulting bet settlement will stand.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a proven malfunction in any casino game that results in an incorrect display of a game outcome, all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. abcd8 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's decision to continue playing following a visually apparent game malfunction. Players who encounter suspected malfunctions should cease play and report the issue to abcd8 support immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abcd8 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to circumvent the Platform's normal operation or to place bets at non-human speed.
• Participating in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or use of stolen payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Colluding with other Players to fix the outcome of casino games, particularly in live dealer formats.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing abcd8 support staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy service, or any other method of location obfuscation.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing abcd8 Accounts or Account Balances through any channel.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 abcd8's Right to Suspend

abcd8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the Player poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform, or that account activity is inconsistent with normal, legitimate player behaviour.

9.2 Balance on Suspension

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be held in escrow and will neither be accessible to the Player nor forfeited by abcd8 until the investigation is concluded. Where a suspension results in permanent account closure due to confirmed Terms breach, any Balance comprising real-money funds deposited in good faith (net of any bonus credits) may be returned to the Player at abcd8's discretion, subject to deduction of any amounts determined to be associated with prohibited conduct.

9.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting abcd8 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within seven business days, provided all KYC requirements are met.

Privacy & Data Protection

abcd8 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at abcd8.im/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abcd8 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate security protocols.

Players have the right to request a copy of the personal data held by abcd8, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to any overriding legal retention obligations. Data access and deletion requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

abcd8 is firmly committed to the responsible gaming principles. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. abcd8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the amount a Player can fund their Account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which the Account will automatically suspend betting activity until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable time alerts that notify Players when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during active gaming sessions that display time elapsed and net profit/loss for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a temporary (30-day, 90-day, 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion that immediately suspends all Account activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed instantly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account pauses of 24 hours, 48 hours, or seven days for Players who want a brief break without committing to full self-exclusion.

Limitation of Liability

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.
• Losses incurred as a result of a Player's Account being accessed by a third party using the Player's own login credentials.
• Any changes to game rules, odds, or market structures implemented by abcd8 in accordance with these Terms.

The abcd8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, abcd8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Amendments to These Terms

abcd8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the abcd8 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and abcd8 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through abcd8's internal complaints procedure.

To submit a formal complaint, Players should contact abcd8 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including Account username, date(s) of the disputed transaction(s), and a clear description of the issue. abcd8 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
